I feel compelled to write to you to thank you for the fogging service you have provided to MAIN during the COVID-19 pandemic at our centre in Middlesbrough.

MAIN is a charity that receives no external funding so we have to be very careful where we spend our limited funds. During the current pandemic being an employer which has significant Health and Safety responsibilities, not only as a provider of services to people affected by disability, some of whom have depressed immune systems with families which need assurances that their loved ones will be safe when accessing our centre, but also to protect our staff who we equally value. Therefore, we had no option other than to take the necessary precautions the treatment Orca provides in killing the virus and protecting the premises for 30 days.

On both occasions when we have received this treatment, your team arrived and were punctual, polite and professional. They conducted the service with minimum fuss and disruption to our centre allowing us to continue as normal immediately afterwards.

I cannot thank you enough for the charitable donation you have made to MAIN in conducting this procedure and will not hesitate to recommend you to all our friends, relations and contacts.

I’d like to express my gratitude for the recent clean and fog sanitisation that you carried out in our new home.

Our move had been on hold for some time and then a completion date was sprung upon us with little notice, giving us only a few days to move into our new property and giving you loads of hassle about when you could get access.

You and your team were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.

Nicola has been isolating during the COVID crisis due to her vulnerable status, so being able to arrange the fog sanitisation with you at incredibly short notice gave us considerable peace of mind.

Whittle Jones have employed the cleaning services of Orca Cleaning since May 2017. In this time they have carried out 27 cleaning contracts ranging from a full unit industrial clean (after a tenant vacated that previously produced crisp’s so the whole unit was dripping in grease) to full estate skylight cleans and also gutter cleans.

I noticed that we needed our guttering clearing at one of our commercial premises. Orca Cleaning Services were recommended to me. I made contact with them and they were quick to inspect and provide me with a quote. The price was competitive and the service from start to finish was excellent. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

We have used Orca Cleaning several times in recent months for cleaning up our Autocentre facades and also for the roof of our Head Office showroom and building. Thank you for the service you provided to our client last month with your ‘Orca Drone’ and the subsequent detailed survey including full photographic evidence of the issues with the roof.

Our client Flexspace, who own a number of sites here in the North East as well as across the country, were highly impressed not only by the speed and efficiency with which the operation was completed but especially by the highly details survey, with outstanding resolution in the photographs.

This survey, have now allowed them to understand the issues with the roof along with the opportunity of revisiting some areas several times using the photographic stills and to plan and estimate costings of the repairs.

Your service also demonstrated to our client out ability to be able to bring forward thinking solutions to an otherwise difficult problem, that did not involve a huge expense.

Following a fire at their premises they came to me for help with the claim process. As the claim progressed it became clear that they would need a specialist company to clean and clear the boiler room.

They didn’t know where to start searching for such a company, but I did. A quick call to Hollie and contact was made with Chopsticks to organise a survey. Due to the prompt service, reasonable quotation and specialist nature of the job I liaised with the insurance company and they agreed to accept just one estimate, approving Orca to go ahead with the work.

Now the work has been completed I want to thank you both on behalf of Chopstick. On my recent visits to the Charity I have been shown the new boiler room by the manager of the centre, the workshop supervisor and two of the members. They are all very proud of their new boiler room!

I also want to thank you personally. When referring business to people we need to ensure that our contacts are looked after. On this occasion, you didn’t just provide a cleaning service, you enhanced the room, provided storage cupboards and left the charity in a much better position than they were in before the fire. It is reassuring to know that when referring Orca that out contacts are in such good hands.
